1 medium marrow
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
Wash marrow & cut off head, scoop out pips & sprinkle with salt.
Combine all other ingredients to make the filling & stuff marrow.
Replace the head & secure with string.
Bake or steam until soft.
