As a company it is our policy to supply the best and freshest produce from accredited suppliers with the benefits of procuring local produce for our customer base always at the forefront of our minds. We are determined to help our customers businesses grow by listening to the customer’s needs and wants and evolving our business to suit.


Customer Services

Orders placed by 7.00pm are delivered the following morning (or on your next available delivery day) to ensures our customers receive the freshest possible produce on a daily basis. Our experienced telesales team is on hand between 7.00am and 11.00pm Sunday through to Friday to give real information on prices, availability and quality of produce.


Delivery

Cossey Produce services its delivery network with a fleet of temperature controlled vans completing the cool chain from producer to customer. With food miles on the agenda and economical sense we very often find ourselves backhauling from our local growers at the same time.


Quality Control

Implementing a stringent quality control procedure at goods in and goods out at the same time as shouldering every employee with the responsibility ensures each order arrives in tip top condition. A fully computerised stock control system ensures daily turnover of stock and full traceability.


Packing

Fruit and vegetables are packed on the premises to ensure maximum freshness for the customer. Produce is packed in a modern clean environment to the customer’s specific requests with labels showing retail prices, barcodes and/or customers logo if required.


Preparation

Modern technology is combined with skilled staff to produce ready prepared fruit and vegetables to save time in the customers kitchen. Products are prepped and vacuum packed to the customers request within the on site preparation department.


Milk and Bread

A full range of dairy products and sliced bread can be ordered for next day delivery.
